Stitches be gone!
I finally removed my surgery stitches yesterday night and went back to gym today after a 1 week plus hiatus. It's amazing how 1 week of being a couch potato inactivity can make a difference to one's fitness level, and I barely survived the 30 minute session on the cross ramp. With my upcoming Korea trip, it's going to be another week-long break from the gym, plus the classic 买东西-吃东西-买东西-吃东西, I think I will come back a fat pig.
